Adviser testimonials:

“I joined Bower because of the exciting opportunity presented by Bower Private Clients. It has enabled me to use the knowledge & experience I have gained over my time in Equity Release to the benefit of my clients. They are all Higher Net Worth individuals, who appreciate the superior level of customer service that we offer.

There is an excellent team spirit & a real sense of working together to achieve a common goal. I have received great support from my colleagues & I feel that I am a valued member of this dynamic team. I can recommend joining such a forward thinking company that really values its employees & puts the needs of its customer’s first.”

Mark Glithero, CeRER, DipFA, FCIB, CeMAP – Private Client Equity Release Specialist

“I re-joined Bower in the summer of this year 2022. There are many equity release advisory practices in the industry and it is therefore important an adviser feels comfortable in his or her final choice.

From my own experience I am so pleased I joined Bower as I can genuinely say that everyone in Bower from the CEO through to all the departments – administration, compliance, finance, IT, etc, are there to help you. Starting at a new company can be a daunting experience but I personally have found Bower to be a friendly place, staffed by people who sincerely want to help.

I receive a steady supply of enquires and in conclusion I would strongly suggest if you are an experience equity release adviser and considering an alternative company, then look at Bower. I’m very happy and the company has lived up to my expectations.”
